What this policy covers
This policy explains how Local Aura handles information connected to an account and use of the service. It must be completed with confirmed business practices, vendors, and retention periods before launch.
Data handled in the current product
Based on the current code, Local Aura may handle:
- account and access information, such as name and email address;
- workspace, member, invitation, plan, and trial-status information;
- campaigns, post drafts, brand profiles, files, and materials a customer enters;
- contacts and email-campaign content created within a workspace;
- technical and security data needed to operate authentication and prevent abuse;
- optional PostHog usage data only when a person accepts optional analytics.
Purposes and legal basis to complete
Before launch, document the confirmed purposes, applicable legal basis, recipients, international transfers, and retention periods here. Do not treat this page as a final list without legal review.
Service providers and sharing
The product uses Convex for the application and authentication. When optional analytics is configured and accepted, PostHog receives usage events. The Cookie Policy explains that separation. Complete this section with the current contractual provider list before launch.
